Wed: 7.6/38:30/5:03 All BF, felt good on smooth surface near Sumidagawa.

Fri: 7.8/37:56/4:51 All BF.
Sat: 25/1:57:35/4:42 Good run overall. Bumped into a guy named Yamada from Namban and he joined me for about 10K, and kept it at a good pace. I was hoping to keep my pace under 4:45 and did that, but thought I was actually doing better than that.
